Hi, I’m Lachy Mansell!
You might have watched me on the Beauty and the Geek television show, heard my voice on the radio in Sydney or bumped into me at your favourite race track.
Motor-racing has been a long-standing passion of mine (my first word was “car”) and my lifelong dream has been to commentate Australia’s most famous race, the Bathurst 1000. My business, Chequered Flag Media, fuels my addiction to motorsport by taking me all over Australia to report on and create content for competitors and events.
However, my reality TV experience has opened my eyes to different ways I can help others, inspiring people to follow their dreams, break out of their comfort zone and achieve their goals.
My happy place is anything that involves being behind a microphone, whether it’s broadcasting on the radio, hosting a presentation evening or announcing a sporting event.
Through this website, my social media platforms and my Lachy Unlocked podcast, my mission is to improve everyone’s mental health by showing that it’s OK to be different, that it’s healthy to have unique passions and that people need to be supported in the pursuit of their dreams.
